Use the cream directly on your child’s skin.
If your child’s skin has already become red, try this:
Boil some cloths
– All you need is an old cotton bed sheet, a cloth diaper, or the like.
– Cut it into smaller pieces, for example 5 x 5 cm.
– Boil some water and pour it on the small cloths.
– Keep the cloths in a clean container and let them cool down before use.
Every time you change the diaper, clean the skin, and then use one of the damp cloths on the red area. Change the cloth with every diaper change. The cloth will absorb the acid from urine and stool – and a damp cloth absorbs better than a dry one.
