Why is AllergyCertified an important certification?

AllergyCertified (also known as AC) is an international certification organization founded in Denmark. For a product to carry this label, a toxicologist from AllergyCertified has reviewed each ingredient in the product and carefully conducted a risk assessment.

The products are third-party approved:
The certification is carried out by an independent third party, whose mission is to protect you from skin irritation and harmful substances.

There is a lower risk of developing allergies:
Our products are made to be as gentle, mild, and natural as possible, making them suitable for babies, toddlers, and individuals with sensitive and delicate skin.

Only carefully selected ingredients are used:
Every ingredient we use in our products is carefully selected and thoroughly examined before being used. The ingredients are checked for everything from possible allergens to unnecessary chemicals. It is important to us that the products are made with as many natural ingredients as possible and are as pure as possible. For example, this is why we use refined olive oil in our Clean & Care, meaning the olive oil is purified and pure.

We go beyond what is legally required when developing our products:
Not only do we comply with the EU’s already strict regulations, but we also take it a step further with this certification. AllergyCertified evaluates not only the individual ingredients but also the overall composition of the product. This adds extra requirements to product development but provides greater safety for you as a consumer.
